SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship

We ship within Europe. Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. We are continuously working to offer the best shipping options across Europe.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched from our warehouse as quickly as possible on the same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium & Germany: 2–3 business days
Europe: 2–7 business days, depending on the destination

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include processing time.

Shipping Rates

Netherlands: €4.95 (free on orders over €45)
Belgium & Germany: €6.95 (free on orders over €45)
Rest of Europe: €8.95 (free on orders over €45)

Subscription Orders

All active subscribers receive free standard shipping on every monthly box, automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. If you have not received this email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@matchashop.com.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local pickup point. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping costs. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@matchashop.com. Include your order number and photos where applicable. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

B2B & Wholesale

Business orders (cafés, HORECA, and wholesale partners) are subject to separate shipping arrangements agreed upon at account setup. For enquiries, please email info@matchashop.com.
