Fullhand Chasen (Matcha Whisk)

The Fullhand Chasen from Matchaeologist is a bamboo matcha whisk with an extended handle for extra grip and ease of use. It offers an accessible way to prepare matcha, especially for beginners.

A full-hand chasen has a longer handle, which provides greater control whilst whisking and reduces the need for a precise wrist movement. This makes it easier to achieve a smooth and even texture compared to traditional preparation methods.

The whisk features fine bamboo bristles that help to dissolve the matcha powder thoroughly and incorporate air, creating a light layer of foam. Although the method of use differs from a traditional chasen, it still delivers a smooth and consistent result.

Remove the stand from the bamboo whisk during use. Rinse the whisk with cold water after each use and leave it to dry in a well-ventilated place
