The Fellow Corvo EKG Pro is an all-round electric kettle that combines speed, ease of use and temperature control — ideal for everyday use and making matcha.

For matcha, the correct water temperature is essential. With the precise temperature control (40–100°C), you can heat water exactly to the recommended 70–80°C, ensuring the flavour remains balanced and bitterness is prevented.

Unlike the Stagg series, the Corvo features a wider spout. This ensures a faster and more direct water flow, which is handy for everyday use and preparing multiple servings. At the same time, you retain sufficient control to mix the matcha evenly and achieve a consistent texture.

The Pro version offers additional features such as a high-resolution display, temperature presets and a keep-warm function for up to 60 minutes. This allows you to prepare multiple cups of matcha, tea or coffee without having to reheat.

To maintain optimal performance, we recommend cleaning your Fellow Corvo EKG Pro electric kettle at least once a month.

Once the kettle has cooled down completely, wash the inside with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and wipe the outside and base with a soft, damp cloth. Never immerse the kettle in water or place it in the dishwasher, as both parts contain electrical components.

Do not use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads to preserve the high-quality finish and long-term performance of the kettle.
