Kiwami is a premium matcha powder from Uji, Kyoto, produced in very limited quantities. This matcha represents a high level of refinement, where quality, balance and precision come together.

The flavour is characterised by a deep and layered umami, supported by a natural sweetness. Bitterness and astringency are virtually absent, ensuring the flavour profile remains pure and balanced from start to finish.

The texture is fine and even, resulting in a smooth and consistent mouthfeel when prepared. The intensely bright green colour is a sign of careful cultivation and processing at source.

The finish is long and clean, without feeling heavy.

Due to its high quality and limited availability, Kiwami is best appreciated in traditional preparations, where its balance and depth are fully expressed.

Store your matcha in an airtight, opaque container and keep it in the fridge to preserve its vibrant colour and rich umami flavour. To prevent condensation, which can affect the quality, always allow the cold container to come to room temperature for 15 minutes before opening. For optimal freshness, it is best to consume the matcha within 1 to 2 months of opening.
