Senrai Okumidori Ceremonial Matcha is a high-quality Japanese matcha from the first harvest, made from carefully selected tea leaves and stone-ground into an exceptionally fine matcha powder.

This refined blend is composed of 90% Okumidori and 10% Saemidori, two celebrated Japanese tea cultivars chosen for their balance, depth and natural sweetness.

Senrai is suitable for both usucha (thin matcha) and koicha (thick matcha) preparations. Best enjoyed without milk or sweeteners, it allows the rich umami, gentle sweetness and lingering finish to be appreciated in their purest form.

Store Senrai Matcha in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, moisture and strong odours. Close the tin tightly after each use to best preserve the freshness, colour and aroma of the Japanese matcha. For maximum quality and flavour retention, it is recommended to store the matcha in the fridge after opening.
