When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During busy periods or promotional launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Average delivery times:
• Netherlands: 1-2 working days
• Belgium & Germany: 2–3 working days
• Europe: 2-7 working days, depending on the destination

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include processing time.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your address and the value of your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are possible within the applicable return period, provided the products are unopened and in original condition. Due to the sensitive nature of tea products, opened packages unfortunately cannot be returned. Need help? Feel free to contact our support team.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are taken into processing shortly after purchase. Cancellation or changes are therefore only possible to a limited extent. Do you want to change something? Please contact our support as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also order without an account via guest checkout. Creating an account does make it easier to view your order history and complete future purchases faster.
