Shipping & returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within Europe. Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. We are continuously working to offer the best shipping options across Europe. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched from our warehouse as quickly as possible on the same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Netherlands: 1–2 working days
Belgium & Germany: 2–3 working days
Europe: 2–7 working days, depending on the destination
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include processing time.

Subscription Orders
All active subscribers receive free standard shipping on every monthly box, automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received this email within 2 working days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@matchashop.com.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from a local collection point. Parcels not collected within the carrier’s holding period will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping costs. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@matchashop.com. Please include your order number and photos where applicable. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
B2B & Wholesale
Business orders (cafés, HORECA, and wholesale partners) are subject to separate shipping arrangements agreed upon at account setup. For enquiries, please email info@matchashop.com.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This 14-day period also serves as your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer within the European Union — no justification required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and unopened, in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@matchashop.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Raasdorperweg 193P, 1175KV Lijnden. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return queries, you can always contact us at info@matchashop.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. In these cases, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you, regardless of whether the product has been opened.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As our products are food items, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or incorrect as described above. Only unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item at info@matchashop.com.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product. It may also take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@matchashop.com.
